任职要求 The Plant Operation Director is responsible for leading operation team in Watts Ningbo Plant. The position holder will oversee the plant operations, including production, quality, planning, lean and EHS, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

● Defines operations strategy and priorities, and takes ownership for selected regional initiatives;
● Aligns and prioritizes resources and budgets to meet production needs and customer expectations on quality, delivery, and cost, etc.;
● Optimizes operational processes utilizing human resources, machines and equipment to ensure operation run smoothly and efficiently;
● Directs various programs to make continuous improvements;
● Prepares, reviews and analyzes production, maintenance and related operational reports to identify operational or production problems. Follows up with corrective action plans;
● Be a good communicator with global Operations and Engineering teams to facilitate timely sharing of information and learning in a matrix organization;
● Be a catalyst for the training and development of the whole Operations team.
EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or related disciplines; MBA preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● 15+ years of progressive operations management experience in international companies
● Good knowledge of Lean, 6 Sigma and other management tools for world-class manufacturing management.
● Be able to articulate empowering vision and strategy and translate strategies into actions;

● Proficient in written and verbal English.
